Foutcodes
De pagina bevat een lijst van foutcodes (error/fault codes) die je kunt tegenkomen bij onze haarden.
Dit geldt voor Denver Basic en Denver e-ribbon sfeerhaarden. De uitleg is in het Engels. Bel ons gerust als u er niet uitkomt.

Leave the pop-up lid open for at least one hour in order to allow any remaining bio-ethanol to evaporate completely. Then close the pop-up lid of the fuel inlet. |
 | Spill Bottom | The fireplace does not start or the fire turns to auto-switch-off mode. | Liquid has been detected inside te safety-chamber situated in the bottom of the housing of Denver Basic. | Dry off any spilled bio-ethanol thoroughly with paper towels. Leave the pop-up lid open for at least one hour in order to allow any remaining bio-ethanol to evaporate completely. Then close the pop-up lid of the fuel inlet. |
 | No Flame | The fireplace does not start or the fire turns to auto-switch-off mode. | The filament is not working or there is too much draft in the room. | Try to reduce the draft around the fireplace by closing any windows or doors. If that does not help, call your point of sale or contact Decoflame directly on +31 20 – 624 97 25. Make sure to have the serial number at hand (this can be found on the back side of the burner and on the rating plate in the manual). |
